    Green detox boost smoothie

    Time for a boost of energy and to detox the body. This is one of my favourites. At home, we usually have smoothies during the morning, like a snack between brekkie and lunch time.

    Ingredients

    Adjust Servings
    2 celery sticks
    1 green apple
    A handful of kale
    A handful of spinach leaves
    2 dates
    2 small glasses unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 orange
    1 tsp chia seeds

    Directions

    Prepare the ingredients and blend

    Add first the almond milk and then the rest of the ingredients to a blender and mix until you get a smooth drink.
    Mark as complete

    Notes

    -You can swap ingredients and also you can use filter or spring water, almond milk, coconut milk or water, oat milk, organic cow milk, Greek yogurt, tea or fresh juices.
    -I find very convenient to prepare the frozen fruits in advance in freezer storage bags.
    -Always add first the liquids in the blender.
    -If you are a sugary person, you can add maple syrup, honey, agave syrup or more dates to make the smoothies sweeter.
