2 skin off and deboned salmon fillets | |
2 tbsp olive oil | |
1 tbsp sesame oil | |
2 tbsp soy sauce | |
1 tbsp chopped dill | |
1 squeezed lemon | |
1 avocado | |
Ground black pepper | |
Salt | |
Chilli flakes | |
Mini toast biscuits |
Directions

Prepare the salmon fillets and marinate
Deboned and take the skin off the fillets. Cut the salmon in dices.
Put them in a bowl with the mix of olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped dill and 1/2 squeezed lemon juice.
Leave the dices marinating in the fridge for 2 hours.

Avocado cream
In the meantime, cut an avocado in half, and with a spoon, scoop the flesh out and smash it in a separate bowl. When is fully smushed, add the remaining lemon juice, ground black pepper and the pinch of salt.
To finish, add a bit of dry chilli flakes on top.

Serve the curated salmon dices with the avocado cream and mini toast biscuits on the side.
