    4 strawberries
    A handful of blueberries
    A handful of raspberries
    Chia seeds
    1 cup green tea
    4 tbsp Greek plain yogurt

    Directions

    Prepare the ingredients and blend

    Always put the liquid first. In this occasion, add the green tea to a blender and then the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You can rectify the consistency adding more liquid or fruit.

    Notes

    -Is useful to frozen fruits in advance in freezer storage bags with the daily portions.
    -Add sugar, honey, dates, maple or agave syrup if you like more sweetness in your smoothie.
    -If you don't have frozen fruits, you can add ice. In this case reduce the amount of liquid you use to avoid the smoothie to get watery.
