    This is a funny and easy way to have something refreshing and delicious for dessert or for a summer afternoon.

    You can choose any fruit you like or that you have at home. Only 3 ingredients. Let’s go!

    Ingredients

    Adjust Servings
    250 grs low fat natural yogurt
    200 grs frozen strawberries
    150 grs frozen raspberries (or you desire choice)
    2 tbsp honey

    Directions

    2 steps and ready to go

    Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Serve immediately or transfer to a container and freeze for 1 hour or until it gets firm like ice cream texture.
    Mark as complete

    Notes

    -Have fun with the kids adding toppings, fruits, coulis or sauces on top.
